This printer has been really great for my small business. When I have a problem the techs are super helpful and give great videos how to change out parts. Will buy this printer again.
I recently purchased a 1800 dtf printer. Setup was super smooth and easy! As long as you follow the video instructions, which come on a flash drive. Prints are nice and vibrant. However, i did run into a few problems!! Certain colors would not print, after several head cleanings, i contacted online support team and was able to have my printer fixed in an hour. (Problem was on my end and tech support caught it in an instant after sending pictures). Highly recommend.
