Overview

Procolored UV DTF printer A1-6090 (2 or 3 print heads) breaks the limits of printing products height, shape and size for flatbed printer, almost transfer to all media. 
UV DTF Film is using a brand new UV printing technology. We have improved the existing UV machine so that the pattern can be printed directly on the film. You can print out the design you want and easily transfer the crystal label to various surfaces, especially uneven hard surfaces.

    Refund Policy

    Your satisfaction is our first priority. Defective product will be offered for an exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    It is buyer's responsibility to contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving a defective product. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made. All items MUST be returned in their original condition. Please note that the original Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.Buyer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns.

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


    To start a return, you can contact us at afterservice@procolored.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Upon verification of any faults of the returned item, we will reimburse the postage of return and send you a replacement item within 48 business hours. We will take care of the cost to send the replacement item to you.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Automatic wash the printhead when the machine is turned on and keep it wet when turned off to protect printhead blocking when it's not used and after printing.

    3 Print Heads

    2 or 3 print heads with large platform greatly improves the printing efficiency by 6 times or above. With a negative pressure function of the ink sac, it's a good solution for saving ink and the printing effect will be more delicate.
