I am very satisfied with the printer, I recommend everything.
The only thing at first the printer did not work gave me a critical error and three red lights were on.
It was very scary, but the support team reacted quickly and helped me solve this problem.
Therefore, if your printer does not work or you are confused, it is better to write to the support service and everyone will be happy. In my experience, it's best to write directly to e-mail.
The same thing with setting up the printer customer service helped me online and it greatly simplified the process.
It’s not worth the money found a better printer that prints 13 x 19 for half the price of this one
