Where to start? We were told that the ink would come separate and when we received the first shipment it was only the stand, but the sticker on the side stated it should have been the printer, stand, and PET film. Since the box was nowhere near close to being the size or weight it needed to be for a printer and stand so I immediately reached out to be told to “calm down” and that I needed to be patient for the shipping to update. Why would I do that when everything stated this should be the only shipment for all 3 of these things? Once we took the stand out to put together, we noticed the holes on the stand did not match up. We attempted to assemble anyway just to see that the holes do NOT align! I reached out to Procolored to return it as I am not putting a massive printer on a stand we can not secure, they wanted us to create a Skype account or send them pictures and video so they can verify what we are saying. All we want is to return the stand for a refund.
