2.Does the RIP software run on a Macbook？
No, the RIP software is only compatible with Windows OS, you need to install Parallels or Bootcamp on Mac to use the RIP software.
3.Do I need to pay for the RIP software? Can I edit my design with the RIP software？
The Pro RIP program is free, but you need to plug in the software dongle to use it. It cannot edit images - it is only for image ripping. You need to use software like Photoshop or Canva to edit your images.
4.What is your after-sales warranty policy, where can I get tech support?
Recieved two weeks ago, this was a good investment.
Also the film and ink is high quality, images are vibrant and beautyful on the shirts.
